• 30 days to request a return after your order is delivered.
• This applies to every product, including items bought on sale and products that have been opened or used, such as the Snuglet Comfort Roller.
• Please contact us to start a return before sending anything back — items sent without an approved return request can't be accepted. We'll reply with the return address, instructions and a return shipping label.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us right away with a photo so we can make it right.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
