Where do you ship?
Currently the United States only. Standard shipping is $3.99, free on orders $25+.

How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 8-15 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Product & Safety

Is the silicone actually safe for babies?
Yes — every Snuglet teether is made from 100% food-grade, BPA-free silicone with no phthalates, lead, or PVC. Always supervise playtime and check for wear or tears before each use.

Can I put it in the freezer?
We recommend the fridge, not the freezer. Extreme cold can make silicone too hard, which isn't necessary for soothing relief and can be uncomfortable on sore gums.

How do I clean it?
Dishwasher safe (top rack), or rinse with warm water and mild soap.

What's your return policy?
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery — including items bought on sale and products that have been opened or used. Reach out through our Contact page and we'll make it right. See our full Refund Policy.
